a. 6984c Resolved to obtain quotes for April meeting for insurance –done- see item 8a
b. 6984d Resolved not to activate Twitter account, to advise website manager when appropriate items occur. JCH/Clerk
c. 6984e Offer of advertising in Parish Magazine via Collingham Memorial Hall- resolved to advise CMH that it will not take up the offer - done
d. 6984f Forthcoming elections discussed – resolved to put note in Parish magazine requesting nominations – done
e. 6986b Noticeboards – resolved to purchase new boards for both Collingham and Linton-ordered
f. 6986d Estate Agents boards- Resolved to write to all estate agents displaying boards not at the property for sale, and copy to LCC enforcement done see item 10n
g. 6986e Adoption of phone box in Linton – resolved to enquire costs will be and to contact LVS to follow up the discussion about them taking responsibility for the box- see item 10h
h. 6986h Meeting with CALSA to be arranged- JCH/ACB
i. 6987c Miller Homes appeal- Leeds Road Planning Appeal - the Secretary of State in relation to other appeals in Leeds has decided that Leeds does have a 5 year land supply. A lack of land supply is one of the main arguments Miller Homes have used to justify their planning application for houses at Leeds Road. No date has yet been set for the appeal, but it seems likely that this will be no sooner than the Autumn.
j. 6988a Linton NP-Linton Neighbourhood Plan - has been submitted to Leeds City Council who are preparing for the next round of consultation and also to employ an Examiner as part of the legal process towards adoption of the Plan.
k. 6988b Collingham NP –- the draft plan has been revised to benefit from the lessons learnt in the Linton Plan. The intention remains to prepare this ready for public consultation at the same time as Leeds carry out consultation on housing allocations. We have applied for a grant from Locality to support us with this consultation process.
l. 6989b Email re ‘Say No to Spofforth Hill’ response to be sent- done
