held in LINTON MEMORIAL HALL ON TUESDAY 6th January 2015 at 7.30pm

None made APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE Apologies were received from Cllr Crampton POLICE In December there had been 3 reported crimes in Collingham (2x burglary dwelling and 1x criminal damage) and one reported crime of burglary in Linton. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST and CONSIDERATION of DISPENSATIONS None made MINUTES of the last MEETING The minutes of the meeting held on 2.12.14 were accepted as a true record and signed by the Chairman. Applications – see Annex 1 b. Decisions – see Annex 2 ORGANISATIONAL MATTERS a. Resolved to pay HMRC underpaid PAYE 2013/14 b. Resolved to pay a pay award for Clerk 2014/15, and hold a performance review c. Resolved to invite tenders for grass cutting contract from March 2015 d. Resolved to request £51,500 precept and not increase it from last year e. Resolved to ask for community representatives to attend Crime Prevention Panel. Cllr Bolton to tender resignation to panel TO CONSIDER ENVIRONMENT and VILLAGE MATTERS a. Tesco - A meeting has been requested between Planners/Tesco/Highways and CLPC, date awaited b. Further email from Wetherby resident considered, response to be sent c. Email from Streetlife- resolved not to pursue their offer d. Tree Officer’s comments re tree on beck bank, resolved to take no further action e. Information re replacement notice boards circulated, recommendations to be made to next meeting f. Resolved to award a donation of £100 to Collingham band and £50 to 1066 for Christmas Tree event in Collingham PARISH COUNCILLORS FORUM a. Update given on Flood Group, new group will consider action necessary to update flood emergency plan, in light of recent alert b. Flattened bollard on refuge outside Calsa, RS to contact Highways c. Highways will replace yellow lines on the Avenue, work should commence January 2015 d. Approval now received for plaque to be sited on wall in churchyard, plaque will now be ordered and fixed as per resolution made previously e. To consider siting of a defibrillator –agenda item February f. Meeting informed that superfast broadband is now available to be ordered in Collingham and Linton g. Linley and Simpson have erected a For Sale sign on Glebe Field. There had been receipts of £1250 rent and £1.96 interest since the last meeting. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANS FOR COLLINGHAM and LINTON a. Linton- draft plan circulated, councillors to send queries to JCH before next PC meeting. Response to ‘health check’ awaited from consultants. b. Collingham- still awaiting LCC site allocations before plan can be drafted. Site allocations are due to be discussed by LCC prior to consultation c. Grant funding for both plans ended on 31.12.14. A monitoring report has to be completed and any underspend refunded. New grant funding can be applied for from April 2015. RECEIPT NOTED OF- a. Copy of letter to Metro re bus stop opposite Hillcrest.
