None made. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE None made. POLICE A written report was provided. There had been 4 reported crimes in Collingham and none in Linton between 1-30.6.16, 1 attempt theft, 1 criminal damage, 2 thefts from shop. Speeding checks had been carried out in the month, but no information about these was provided. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST and CONSIDERATION of DISPENSATIONS None made. MINUTES of the last MEETING The minutes of the meeting held on 7.6.16 were accepted as a true record and signed by the Chairman 1. Item 7181c – resolved to contact Came and Co to arrange a meeting following IR review of insurance policy. All went as well as could be expected. No indication of how this will be decided. Should it be approved then there will be traffic signals at Wattle Syke and at Old Star junction unless we can do something about it. Inspectors Report expected at end July 16. Grove Road Inspector found Leeds don't have 5 year land supply. Big risk same will be decided here. Leeds are apparently seeking a judicial review of this decision. Planning Enforcements 13/00563/NCP3 The Old Mill Leeds Road Collingham Wetherby LS22 5AP 06/06/2013 Enforcement Notice issued for non-compliance of conditions relating to boundary treatment and hard and soft landscaping. The compliance period ended January 2014. The landowner’s planning agent has advised that it is his client’s intention to erect the approved boundary treatment after the detached garage to side approved under application ref 14/05548/FU has been constructed. Construction of the wall has finished to be followed by soft landscaping. The wall is 2m high as opposed to 1.5m in application. Enforcement recommend leave as is. 13/00941/NCP3 Wharfe Villa 4A Langwith Valley Road Collingham Wetherby LS22 5DH 29/08/2013 "This site has planning permission for a detached house and the development has been substantially completed for over a year. The approved details require the roof to be completed with green (astro turf) and it has not been. 14/00714/NCP2 Long Meadows Harewood Road Collingham Wetherby LS22 5BZ 02/07/2014 The current owners have informed the authority of their intention to comply with the condition and instructed the developer accordingly. The developer has informed the authority that condition will be complied by July. Letter to be sent to the owner advising that if the condition is not complied by end of July formal enforcement action may be considered." 15/01122/US3 Advertisement sign Yorkshire Classic Porsche 10/11/2015 Temporary Fence to be removed and original boundary treatment reinstated by 11th March.
