a. To hear a presentation from Emma Spratley regarding 20mph zones
2. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

4. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST and CONSIDERATION of DISPENSATIONS
5. TO CONSIDER APPROVAL of MINUTES of the MEETING HELD ON 3rd OCTOBER 2017
6. UPDATE FROM ACTION LOG – To receive a verbal report
7. FINANCE
a. To authorise payment of accounts presented
b. To note balances and receipts
c. To note progress from Emmerdale S106 applications
d. To agree the sum of £352 to be spent on Woodland Anemones and seeds at Beck Wood
e. To agree a sum for painting of the railings at the end of Church Lane
f. To consider projects for 2017-18 year and estimates for budgetary purposes
g. To agree cost of room bookings for presentations to be held by Aaron Okorie regarding Linton bridge
8. ORGANISATIONAL MATTERS
a. Miller Homes Development – Update
b. To receive an update on the Linton Improvement Project
c. Feedback from VAT course and implications for the Parish Council
d. To note the PC’s sub groups and membership
e. To note annual ROSPA report
f. To consider the funding of additional Christmas lighting in Collingham for 2018/19
g. To consider leaving the Linton lights in situ until end of February following a request from residents
h. To consider introducing the ‘Get Mapping’ software to the PC website
i. To note that quotes for the footpath between Millbeck Green and CALSA are currently being sought.

a. Up-date following meetings with Highways.
b. To note progress at Beck Wood.
10. TO CONSIDER ENVIRONMENT and VILLAGE MATTERS
a. To consider improvements to Church Lane and consider resident’s views
b. To receive a progress report from the village centre plan
c. To consider traffic implications of Mint Festival for Collingham
d. To consider analysis of data from the SID and purchase of another device for Linton Lane.
e. To receive an up-date following a meeting with CALSA to discuss proposed planning application
f. To agree strategy for 20mph zones to be reported to LCC Highways
11. PLANNING
a. To note applications to the Planning Authority, and agree any comments or objections to be submitted from the Parish Council including
re-submission of objection report Ridge Meadows.
b. To note decisions and any enforcement updates
12. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANS FOR COLLINGHAM and LINTON
a. To receive an update on progress of Linton plan – Kebbell Appeal
