PUBLIC REPRESENTATIONS
None in attendance. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE Apologies were received from Cllr Skelton and Cllr Martin POLICE A written report was provided. There had been 4 reported crimes in Collingham and one in Linton. No trends. Speeding – request made by PC for more enforcement. PCSO Crosland agreed to email her Sergeant. 13 warnings were issued to drivers between 6th September and 4th October. Request made for speeding tickets to be given out. Clerk to follow up. Diane Winder from Neighbourhood Watch provided information about the benefits of neighbourhood watch schemes. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST and CONSIDERATION of DISPENSATIONS None made. MINUTES of the last MEETING The minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 6th September were accepted as a true record and signed by the Chairman. UPDATE FROM ACTION LOG Cllr Holmes gave a verbal report on outstanding action points, which were noted. Parking at the Porsche garage remains problematic. Cllr Stephenson to meet with LCC to try to resolve the problem. Resolved to seek quotes for grass seeding of Linton Green space. Resolved to purchase speeding device and arrange installation. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANS FOR COLLINGHAM and LINTON 1. Linton plan – still awaiting outcome of the judicial review held on 6.10.16. 2. Collingham plan – currently with the examiner. 3. Site Allocation – Resolved to support the Leeds Strategy including the Parlington proposal, but object to The Ridge being included as PAS. 4. Resubmit the Housing Report included with the previous submission ITEMS FOR NEXT AGENDA To start preparation for 2017/18 budget by considering next year’s projects.
