Leeds City Council are planning to install drainage into Leeds Road, Collingham in the vicinity of Miller Homes Development between 2nd and 13th April 2024.To carry out the works safely, 2-way signals need be in place for the whole day for the duration of the works. The lights will be manually controlled between 6.30-9.30am and 15.30-18.30pm to manage traffic as effectively as possible especially in peak hours as some delays might be expected. The works would be carried out for extended working hours and including weekends to minimise the duration as much as possible. We have been informed by Leeds City Council that due to extreme rain and very wet ground conditions, the works to install drainage into Leeds Road in Collingham, has not gone as planned and will continue until Wednesday 17th April.
Jewitt Lane – Road Closure from School Lane To Wetherby Road from 08/07/2024 to 22/07/2024
Diversion Works – Leeds Road - Yorkshire Water will be undertaking diversion works and the installation of drainage infrastructure beneath the existing road. This will require two-way lights to be in operation on Leeds Road for 24 hours a day from Saturday 4th May to Sunday 9th June.
